Booking Terms & Conditions  




We want you to have an enjoyable and creative experience with us, so please check that the type of workshop, times and dates are suitable for you.



All bookings are subject to availability and your place is only confirmed when you have paid in full. Payment can be made by cash or card. We regret we cannot accept cheques. Our on-line booking system is not yet fully operational so please call to make card payments over the phone or to arrange a time to pay in person by cash (please do not send cash in the post).



We regret we cannot give refunds for non-attendance or cancellation. Occasionally, we may be able to fill your place, in which case we can offer a 75% refund, but this is not always possible. If you have any queries or problems regarding the content of a class or workshop, or need to cancel, please feel free to ring for a chat.


Minimum numbers of at least 5 are required to run a Crafter-noon or Workshop. In the event of under-subscription classes may be postponed or cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel or change the date of a Crafter-noon or Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, but this is very rare. In these events we will give you as much notice as possible (by email) and offer you the option of transferring onto another course or receiving a full refund or Gift Voucher for use at a future event. 


We cannot be held liable for out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of class cancellation.  


Our tutors hold current DBS and public liability insurance but your attendance at our workshops is completely at your own risk. All health and safety advice must be strictly complied with.



For promotional purposes we may take photographs during an event. However, if you would prefer not to have your photograph taken or used in promotional material, please let us know at the time.


Finally, we hope you have a great time and will come back to enjoy many more of our crafty classes, as well as telling your friends.




Please phone or email us to discuss your requirements and chosen activity. Wherever possible, we like to tailor your crafty party to fit in with wedding or nursery colour-schemes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable no later than two weeks in advance of the party date. 


Once booked, your payment is non-refundable.


If number of attendees is lower than the maximum, additional participants can be added on and additional payment made, but this must be no later than 7 days before the event.
